    Look Over

    • We get every major player on site that will be a part of bringing the project to completion soon before construction officially begins in order to go over the plans and get on the same page.

  • Permits and Logistics

    • We ensure that all necessary paperwork, permits, insurance, and other vital administrative details are taken care of so the work can officially begin.

    The Work Begins

    • Setup protection for the building to keep neighbors free of debris and dust

    • The floor will be leveled, and the plumber and electrician will map out their routes.

    • Framing for walls and ceiling will go up, and HVAC will come in to make sure the placement to run their equipment is clear and functional.

    • The plumber and electrician will finish their work.

    • An onsite meeting is called with the client to go over progress.

    • When plumbing, HVAC, and electrical are finished, drywall will then go up.

    • After the walls are up, the floors will get laid down, and the first round of finishes will begin.

    • Interior and exterior finishes will then be completed.

    • Final walk-through.
